A music event organizer, he contributes all his remaining energy to the cause of his baby Swar Aalap. This one-man army has the solid backing of his inspiring parents Sushilaji and Sitapchandji who pushed him to realize the anonymous existence of Indian musicians and form Swar Aalap. He has to his credit the co-compilation of the reference song volumes Music Masti which have become the Bible for every singer and music lover in the country. Dinesh's hectic life is superbly managed by his soul mate Ritu.

This businessman – music lover is a Dhrupad singer and an archivist. Having a vast collection of vintage Indian music, Kushal writes for leading newspapers and magazines. Two massive exhibitions on the history of Indian music have been curated by this musicologist in 2007 & 2008 which were hailed by researchers and the public alike. His unique musical events, workshops and presentations have an increasing fan following.

In a leading position in a leading corporate organization, Arun leads the energy at Swar Aalap. A veteran writer contributing to a gamut of newspapers and magazines, his musical essays and observations have been featuring since 1985 in Maharashtra. Himself a non performing Organ player, Arun belongs to a lineage of musicians, his father Haribhau being a Harmonium and Sitar player and grandfather Shankarbua being an acclaimed classical singer. His huge collection of Indian music and related memorabilia has been showcased many times across the country.

Shankar has been a passionate and enthusiastic music listener since his school days. He owes his music craze to his parents, wife Champaka and son Karan. Never unaffected by yesteryear Hindi film music, his dedicated love for vintage songs helps him to connect instantaneously with music lovers. This music buff forms part of the core Swar Aalap team.
