Keep Humming
The feeling of realization in life has never stopped, somewhere there is music that creates an intense fire within us but at the same time, there is a lullaby. Every moment of life is musical in some form or the other. Music is infinite, it’s in our heartbeat, in the cascades of waterfalls, cuckoo’s koo-kooo, call of a Brain fever bird’s Brain Fever…Brain Fever., even in the light of dawn. There is also music in the silence of the night, in the rustle of the leaves, and in the chirping of the birds.
After creating an echoing tone in the surrounding, melodies dissolve in nature but does not get destroyed. This is also the definition of our life, every moment in life can give a new thought, provided our mind is in that direction, we need to have a positive view towards everything. Many a time, the attempt can also fail, but losing hope is not the solution. To win, we need to create a new tune every time, but yes, do not forget to keep humming.
We have lost so many loved ones in the covid19 pandemic. At one end, there are relatives and on the other the pearls of the musical ocean, who have made an effective relationship with the world by creating a mountain of their melodious tunes, which probably has no name. Yogesh, Raam Laxman, Shravan Rathod, Pt. Sajan Mishra, SP Balasubramaniam, etc. It’s a fact that today they are not among us but their music will always keep a strong bond with us.
A few days ago, I had a wonderful interview with Padmashri Usha Uthup, for me, this artiste is an institute in herself. Swar Aalap has been trying to document musical content since 2002, but yet it seems that there are so many untold stories and things of the music world that are to be documented. Now, Swar Aalap Digital has taken the task and we are trying our best to present you the best of the stories of the music world. Stay Safe and Stay Blessed.
